“Confident in His love for us”: Mary’s message

Confident in His love for us.

This is something I’ve been thinking about while reading Romans 8. I want to encourage you to read it as well. I can write a few thoughts about this but it’s God alone who needs to give you this deep revelation.

When we have this deep assurance of God’s undeserved love for us, we can face anything; uncertain future, financial struggles, loneliness after the loss of a loved one, and other things big or small. We are all so different from each other and there is no ‘one size fits all’. What may seem a small struggle to someone else, can be a huge struggle to another.

How do we truly know His deep love for us! Going on the longest journey – from our head to our heart. Listen to these words and let God speak deep into your heart. First, push aside how unworthy you feel of His love. News flash – we are unworthy, but He forgives us and one of the best things about God is He has a lousy memory. He says our sins are forgiven as far as the East is from the West so stop dwelling on them. He has. Let Father God embrace you with His love and rejoice over you with singing Zephaniah 3:17. Now receive the word of God revealed to Paul for us.

Parts of Romans 8 – If God is for us, who can be against us? He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all – how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things?
Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword?
…. No, in all these things we are more that conquerors through him who loved us.
For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation will separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

So regardless of all that is happening or not happening in your life, of what you believe or don’t believe – stand firm for He loves you and this never changes.
